Description

Battle Circuit is, at its core, a turn-based robot programming and fighting game in which you always need to plan five steps ahead. This is supported by a shop where you can buy stat upgrades, new attacks, and other helpful items for your robot, as well as a programming phase in which you set your robot’s attacks and give it small stat boosts through smart planning.

Improvements

If I were to flesh out the game more, I would start by making the combat feel deeper and more tactical. This would include new attacks, but also things like status effects, more varied environments, and the addition of more units to fights. Additionally, the outside scene currently has no story, which I would also like to implement. Finally, small polish changes, like real attack animations and performance improvements, would round out the experience.
